The Plan

I completed the Couch to 5 k program in the summer of 2012. This gave me the momentary high and ridiculous notion that I can set goals and achieve them.

I then embarked on the P90X program which I would have completed if not for the ridiculous hour my daughter had to catch the school bus.

After this, a sister-in-law appealed to a crowd of Facebook friends to run a half-marathon with her in September of 2013. After some thinking and planning and cajoling, I agreed.

This will be my 33 week plan:
